Salsa Verde - A delicious green salsa!

 2 lbs Tomatillos
 ½ Yellow Onion
 14 oz Mild Green Chilis
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 1 tsp Lime Juice

Turn broiler on high.

Remove the husks from the tomatillos and rinse them. Put them on a sheet pan, and place them under the broiler for 5 minutes, then flip and roast for another 7 minutes - until they are brown and bubbly.

Put all of the ingredients, including the roasted tomatillos, into a food processor and puree on high until smooth.
