Grilled Mahi Mahi Sliders with Mango Aioli - A fast, easy and delicious dinner!

 2 Mahi Mahi Fillets
 6 Slider Buns - We like King's Hawaiian
 Salt and Pepper to taste
Mango Aioli
 ½ cup Mayonnaise
 ½ cup Mango Chutney
 1 pinch Black Pepper

Cut each of the Mahi Mahi fillets into three equal pieces and season with salt and pepper.


Put the fish onto the grill for about 6-7 minutes.

TIP - We used a SHAQ countertop grill which grills from both sides, so if you are using a traditional grill make sure to grill both sides until fully cooked.


While the fish is grilling, mix the mayo, mango chutney and pepper together to make the sauce.


Toast the slider buns to your liking.


Build your sliders with the cooked fish and aioli.

TIP - If you like some crunch, you can add shredded lettuce or a slaw.
